Each Council of St. John Ambulance in Canada is governed by a Board of Directors under Provincial or Territorial incorporating legislation together with the St John Ambulance Priory in Canada, incorporated under the federal Canada Not For Profit Corporations Act (2012). Once equipment is identified we can carry out On-hire Surveys to establish the condition of each piece of marine equipment to be used, thus establishing the condition of the vessel in general and specifically cargo areas so they can be returned to the same condition at the end of the project (Off-Hire) and subject to charter agreements, calculate the fuel quantities existing on tugs or cargo vessels at the commencement of that phase of the project and on completion.

Seashore Maritime Services Limited is a technical marine and project management company. We develop Advanced Enterprise Resource Planning Information Systems software and Vessel Management Information Systems software. We provide design and installation of various hardware and sensors to monitor any or all parameters on a vessel. We collect, analyze and report in real time pertinent data regarding critical equipment. We implement project management, quality management, and technical solutions to shipyards and vessel owners. We train shipyard personnel on Quality Control, Task Management, Refit Management, and Work Instructions. We perform inspection and surveys of marine assets and flag state inspections.
